Fun, Fit & Free
A group open to the community which meets together weekly and provides an environment for people to encourage each other in a healthy lifestyle, sharing recipes, healthy tips, prayer requests. It starts with a biblical thought for the day and there’s the opportunity for an optional weigh-in.

Schools work
We have forged long standing relationships with the local primary schools and are pleased to be able to share the Christian message with them in a varied number of ways throughout the year eg. Harvest, Easter and Christmas services for local primary schools, after school activities, GAP visits, assemblies.
