Welcome back!!
We are so excited to be able to open our doors again and welcome our Little Lambs, both old and new. As you will be aware, in order for us to re-open as safely as possible (following strict Government and Church of England regulations), for the time being we have had to change a few things about how we run Little Lambs.
Numbers restriction: We will start Little Lambs with a limit of 6 parent/carers per session (1 adult per family/family group). This is to ensure that we are able to fully adhere to social distancing (and current government advice) in the space available, we will have the Little Lambs staff team in addition to these numbers. We want to keep people as safe as possible and we aim to gradually increase our maximum capacity
Booking only: We are now running on a booking system. Due to the above restriction on numbers per session, we have had to limit the number of sessions you are able to attend. We advise you to show your interest in the dates that you are available through clicking on the relevant buttons below and providing yours (and your child's) details. Please make sure that when you sign-up, you select an 'Adult' ticket for yourself, and a 'Child' ticket for any children. Please note that completion of the sign-up form won't automatically guarantee a place on your chosen date. Once we have finalised numbers we will contact you (via email/text) to confirm your place. Please wait to receive confirmation, as you will not be able to attend a session without it.
Online Registration Form: Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we felt that it would be safer for us to transfer our 'Registration Form' to an online platform (ChurchSuite). Please complete our 'General Registration Form' on behalf of yourself and the child(ren) under your care by clicking the button below. The first part of the form is for your details, you then click on the 'Add Child' button to provide the required details for each child individually (you can click this button as many times as you need). Please note that this form is separate to the session sign-up forms!

You then click on the 'Add Child' button to provide the required details for each child individually (you can click this button as many times as you need). We need this to be completed before attending Little Lambs in order for us to adhere to our Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies.

COVID-19: NHS Test and Trace Consent Policy
NHS Track & Trace: Please be aware that as we are still within the Church premises (even outdoors), we are required to carry out NHS Track & Trace. For this we will need you to provide your contact details (name and number), and consent to that data being stored on a Track & Trace log for a maximum of 21 days from the session you are attending. Please note that 'Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with NHS Test and Trace if requested', in line with guidance issued by the Department for Health and Social Care.
