*Change in room hire price! Please be aware that due to the current cost of living crisis and the rising costs for gas and electricity, we have had to increase our hire price to £50 per 4-hour booking slot.
We find that our Church Hall is primarily hired for occasions such as children's parties. Our rates for such events are £50 for a 4-hour room hire (this includes basic use of the kitchen facilities, the room to be heated for your booked time slot and access to our outdoor enclosed garden/play area). Please be aware that this time slot includes time for set up and clean-up of the room as needed.
We require a £10 Booking Deposit (separate to £50 hire price) to be made within a week of making the booking. This is to secure you booking and cover any potential small breakages and will be refundable depending on the condition of the Church Hall and facilities following your booking. We ask that final payment be made at least two weeks prior to the requested date. Please be aware that costs for any damage/breakages which may occur during a booking will need to be covered by the hirer.
Please be aware that our Church Centre is only available for party hire on Saturday's afternoons during term-time. The space is used for Church services, groups, events, and that of other community groups on other days. During Tameside half-term/school holidays, we may have availability on Wednesday's and Thursday's (depending on Church groups/events). Please let us know if your preferred date falls on one of these days and we will check availability. Please be aware that we DO NOT hire the centre out on Sunday's as it causes too many clashes with our Church services and groups/activities which take place on that day!
